Great build quality, easy assembly
What can i say but almost perfect. The only negative is the handles on the cabinet doors. Finish is already starting to bubble. But will be testing their warranty in a few months. I bought the grill in January and cook on it at least 5 nights a week. Great build quality, easy assembly even for one strong person. Packaging could be better i have scratches on the hood. But what this thing does is amazing. It cooks evenly, cleans easily, and gets hot fast. Love the burner lights, at first i thought it was kind of gimmicky but I realized how many time I forge...
smoke that billows out
Cooks chicken thoroughly but moist once the proper flame dial position was found. I have now learned to cook with the cover closed. I dislike the amount of flare ups and the amount of grease collected on the burner shields. I will be cleaning them soon so hopefully they have protected the burners. What I dislike the most is the smoke that billows out when the cover is opened when cooking burgers or steaks. It makes it impossible to see when it drifts right into ones eyes. This is not caused by wind. Working on a solution, possibly a fan. Is there a better cure? Again leaning to cook steaks with a nice sear while the cover is close closed. Again too many flare ups which over charred the meat until learned to be more vigilant.
