Good grill bad igniter.

The grilling is working nicely. The smart features are very convenient. What’s lacking is that the ignition is not working. I had to order another ignition kit for a brand new grill. Very dissatisfied. Would have wanted a way to check out the kit prior to installing.

Great Support

Had a problem with the connect feature, but the support team stuck with me and the problem was successfully resolved. I do think for this level of grill it is not to much to ask that it include a second meat thermometer as it is set up for two thermometers.

Smart grill - go for it!

Excellent grill all around. Does everything it’s supposed to do. Plenty of heat and seems to be cooking evenly without hot spots. Good quality as I’ve come to expect from Weber. I hesitated whether to go for the Smart grill, but now I’m happy I got it. Although I can keep track of my grill temp on my phone, I can see the grill temp on the grill from my kitchen window clearly. One month in

I love the grill--extremely powerful and versatile. We use it daily for grilling vegetables from the garden and last night used it for pizza. On the other hand the app is a big disappointment.

Good solid product

Assembly instructions were great. Extensive but very good. Have not grilled yet but ran all burners several times, lights work well. Thermometer appears to work but again, I have not grilled yet.
