An excellent BBQ for those who need a portable

I have used the larger Weber BBQ’s for years and so when I needed a more portable one for the RV decided to try this one as a friend had been very impressed. I’ve had other portable units from very cheap to quite expensive. This one, so far, has been excellent. The two shelves that fold away for storage are very useful. I really like the cast iron grates as well. I do not think you would be disappointed with this unit. It is not the cheapest out there but it certainly has quality as a main feature.

Nice Grill!

It is a great grill and I am trying very hard not to have a buyer's bias after the amount of money I spent. Pros: Nice look. The black is very sleek. More spacious than I thought it was. The tables are very handy. The electronic start is the handiest feature of this unit. The grills are heavy and hold heat (once it is up to temperature). I don't use oil to lube them up either. Cons: It takes 15 minutes to reach 500*F Searing works well but you need to give it time. The tables fold into the unit so if you forget to open the lid before starting it up, you will melt the tables: Just a fear. Hasn't happened yet. The grills are heavy duty but you have to take time to clean them. Bottom Line: I would buy this unit again but right away I was looking at modifying it for more heat: New regulator or maybe drilling out the holes in the burner to get a hot side and a cool side ... not too sure if I will do that yet.

Great grill

Fantastic grill. Gets nice and hot and cooks beautifully even at -30, we only did that once because that's just way to cold even for delicious bbq. Perfect for 2 people but can handle 8 big burgers with room to spare. Nice even cooking with no noticeble hot/cold spots. Highly recommend getting the portable cart. We have it set up in the backyard but we've taken it to picnics and camping and it's awesome.

Perfect little grill for camping.

We purchased this grill after reading many, many reviews of this and several other portable grills. It’s perfect for our class A motorhome and we purchased a nice plastic tote, perfect size to store it in. Cooks amazingly well, even heat distribution and cleans up easily too. Nice quality from Weber. Would highly recommend! We also purchased the Webber adapter, bonnet cover and Minnie bbq tools and wire scraper. All set!!
