Makes for some good meals

Really enjoying smoker. I use 2-3 times a month normally. I’ve made some of the best ribs and pulled pork I’ve ever had. Still trying to master brisket. Cooking a meatloaf tomorrow!

First time smoker

This is my first smoker. I love it! Own a Genesis gas grill and am happy with the quality of Weber products. The Smokey Mountain is easy to use, holds the heat well and got professional results on the first try!

Good Grill But Not My Favorite

I like this grill but it's much more difficult maintaining a constant temp. by having to adjust the vents. More babysitting involved with this grill in my opinion. Also, it's difficult to add a decent quantity of charcoal and pretty impossible to add it all around the perimeter, as there is very little room through the door once set up and hot.
