The way customer service should be
I was given a new Weber travel grill for Christmas, but unfortunately, the frame was scratched up and didn’t look like the quality of a Weber project that I am used to. I wrote a comment on their review page and was very promptly contacted by Emily in customer service who set about fixing my issue. Other companies should take note, I have gone from a customer not so sure if I would buy again to a very satisfied customer who definitely buy a Weber product again in the future
Best grill ever!
Our Weber travel grill is awesome! We’ve used adaptor to hook up regular propane tank and we’ve used the green canisters. Both work well. Heats food evenly. Folds up and down for easy transport. And is easy to clean for next barbecue. The only con is the grill handle you lift to check on food is extremely hot!! I forgot to use cloth a couple times and burnt hand. Other than that, best grill ever.
Camper grill
Great looking grill and I expect Weber quality throughout. Received as a Christmas gift from family to use while camping. Have not yet had an opportunity to test it yet as winter still remains part of the landscape. Waiting for the right opportunity and should be testing soon.
